Out of a desire to help people, Jillian Fra, a young Boise entrepreneur, created On The Run Errand Service in Fall, 2004. Jillian, who has always been great at helping others bring harmony to their sometimes chaotic lives, excelled at providing personalized errand services to the expanding needs of a thriving Boise metro area.

Since 2004, Jillian worked tirelessly, successfully establishing the On The Run brand as the premier errand service in the Treasure Valley. She forged strong business and personal relationships that have grown into a solid client base for the service.

In early 2007, Jillian met Kris - another Boise entrepreneur - who had also started a service business: Brilliant Services, a cleaning company whose motto is “As Long As It’s Not Illegal Or Dangerous, We Will Do It!” The two businesses fit well together, both demonstrating a commitment to excellence, to their clients and to their employees.

In late 2007, Jillian decided to sell On The Run Errand Service to Kris. Brilliant Services is very fortunate to now offer a full range of household and business services…..from occasional cleaning, to carpet and floor maintenance, to errand and courier services.
